CONTOURGPS 1080P POV CAMCORDER

This new model of the popular ContourHD 1080P POV camcorder (described below) adds some great new features. First it adds a GPS system so that the location of the video being recorded is also recorded. Secondly, it adds a Bluetooth capability that enables the camera's video output to be viewed in realtime on a Bluetooth-equipped smartphone along with providing a capability for camera setting from the smartphone. (Apps for both Apple iOS and Android phones are being developed.) Finally, the ContourGPS not only records in a variety of high and standard definition modes as shown below, but it adds a high resolution still image mode. Like the ContourGPS, there are a variety of optional mounts available.

The GP-H56 100 Watt LED fixture for the Sony L Series and Panasonic CGR Series batteries is an ultra-lightweight on-camera light designed for both DV/HDV and industrial operations. The GP-H56 utilizes SMD LED light technology, drawing 16 watts while outputting the equivalent of 100 watts of daylight balanced, 5600K deg light. The light can be dimmed. Includes Frosted and CTO Pop-In Gels, and Focusing Lens to convert beam from 115 degrees to 55 degrees.

| HDV-PRO CAMCORDER SHOULDER MOUNT | ||

The HDV-PRO is a fully adjustable support machined from aircraft aluminum. It folds down to fit in smaller camera bags. A unique swing arm and flexible shoulder brace makes this one of the most versatile DV and HDV camera mounts on the market. Another unique feature is the ability to use (with the adapter plates listed at the right) two SL-50 batteries or one Sony OEM battery to power your Sony EX1/3 camcorder.

The Series7 S7-EX Adapter Plate mounts to the HDV-PRO Mount and includes 2 S7 SL-50 Battery mounts. The battery plate includes the appropriate cable to connect to the DC input on the PMW-EX1/EX3 and supply 4-5 hours of runtime from two SL-50 battery packs.

This Sony EX1 battery adapter plate is user-mountable to the HDV-PRO Mount and holds one Sony EX1-type battery such as the EX-L96 listed below. The battery plate includes an appropriate length cable to connect to the DC input on the PMW-EX1/3. NOTE: Other connector types (XLR, 2.1mm DC plug, Hirose, etc) can be provided at an extra charge. | SL-50 BATTERY | ||

Coupled with the Series7 camcorder mount system, the SL-50 will power most available camcorders as well as offer a considerable upgrade in runtime compared to OEM battery offerings. In some cases, the SL-50 will operate a camcorder 50% longer. With the introduction of the new SL-50 battery adapters (see link at right), the SL-50 will run a camcorder and the XD-L56 on-camera light for up to 4 hours. For Sony users, the SL-50 is equipped with a compatible infolithium protocol to display the remaining operating time.

These adapter plates allows one to convert an existing battery mount to an SL-50 battery for the freedom and convenience of using one battery type powering multiple camcorder brands. The plate simply locks in to the battery compartment like a battery would and the locking detent system permits quick attach and detach the SL-50 battery. The new optional light power cable allows you to simultaneously power the XD-L56S light for up to 4 hours along with the camcorder.

This battery can be used as a direct replacement of the OEM batteries for the Sony EX1, EX1, and EX3 camcorders. Has 50% more capacity (96 Watt-hours) than the largest Sony battery.
